Ashley Iaconetti isn’t keeping her routine cosmetic procedures a secret.
The reality TV star happily showed off the results of her procedures, and gave credit to Kylie Jenner for helping to make it more acceptable to talk about cosmetic work.
On the December 1st episode of their podcast, Almost Famous, Ashley told Ben Higgins she appreciates the current trend of people being open about cosmetic procedures. She credits Kylie Jenner with popularizing this ‘transparency’ on Instagram, saying she admires Jenner for it.
Ashley and her husband, Jared Haibon, share two children: 3-year-old Dawson and 17-month-old Hayden. While she hasn’t had breast augmentation surgery like the stars of The Kardashians, Ashley has had cosmetic injections and fillers.
The 37-year-old expressed her love for masseter Botox, saying it dramatically changes her appearance. She explained that it makes her face look softer and more feminine by slimming her jawline. While she likes her face without the Botox too, she noted that without it, her jaw appears more square and angular, whereas the Botox creates a softer, more heart-shaped look.
The reality star then shared what other cosmetic injections she’s used to enhance her looks.
She mentioned getting Botox in her forehead about twice a year, explaining that it’s helped reduce movement. She also gets lip fillers and a little filler under her eyes.
Ashley goes beyond Botox, also using fillers to subtly enhance certain features.

She mentioned having a little filler in her temples that she wanted to balance out, and a very small amount in her cheekbones as well.
The former Bachelor contestant explained that she’s happy with the cosmetic procedures she’s already had and doesn’t plan on getting any more, focusing instead on maintaining her current look.
She clarified that she’d limit herself to just a few treatments. If forced to choose, she’d definitely get Botox on her forehead and filler in her chin. Botox on the jaw would be third, and she also considered lip filler important, though she only needed it every few years.
She added, “And those are my four things.”
She’s personally fine with getting injections like Botox, but she wouldn’t recommend them to her colleague, who was thinking about masseter Botox to help with his jaw pain (TMJ).
“I would not do that,” she told Ben. “As a guy because you want your jaw to be wide and strong.
Ben, who became a father to a baby girl with his wife Jess Clarke earlier this year, has stated he doesn’t plan on getting any cosmetic procedures.
Honestly, I’m really intrigued by this if it can actually improve my health. Like, if it could finally help with my teeth grinding – that’s something I’ve struggled with for ages – then yeah, I’d definitely want to learn more. That would be amazing.
Ben acknowledged that some men from The Bachelor franchise have gotten cosmetic procedures, but he personally chooses not to get “brotox” for his own reasons related to self-image.
He chuckled, saying he couldn’t imagine his friends letting him forget something like that. He said he wondered what they would think.

I was really struck by something Zendaya said in an interview with Allure recently. It’s amazing how honest she is about that past mindset.
Honestly, she basically said she might get around to things eventually, but she just doesn’t care about being productive right now, and it’s… perfect? It’s so freeing to hear her say that! I totally get it, and it makes me love her even more. She’s just living her life, and I’m here for it!

I actually had a procedure called Elevate on my neck back in 2019 with a fantastic doctor. I’ve had a tiny bit of lip filler, because my face is quite small, so I don’t want anything too dramatic. And just a little filler in my chin. But honestly, that’s it! No filler anywhere else, and I haven’t had any eyelid surgery (bleph) yet.
