Many of DC’s most iconic heroes are constantly facing incredibly difficult challenges, and a few of them really deserve a vacation. They’re always putting themselves in harm’s way, and some time to rest and recharge would be good for them before they jump back into the action. Here are seven DC heroes who could definitely use a break.

Fantasy films have given us some truly memorable and frightening villains. Characters like Voldemort from Harry Potter and Sauron from The Lord of the Rings are classic examples, but many other scary antagonists have appeared in fantasy movies. Because a lot of these films are made for younger viewers, the most terrifying villains often leave a lasting impression on audiences.

As a huge film fan, I’ve definitely heard the complaints about the prequels – especially the dialogue, and Anakin’s lines in particular. But even with all the criticism over the years, it’s interesting how Lucas still gets so much credit as a filmmaking visionary. And honestly, a lot of the lines people still groan about actually show a surprising amount of cleverness. Take that famous ‘I hate sand’ bit from Attack of the Clones – as silly as it sounds, it really hints at Anakin’s deeper issues and how he was destined to fall to the dark side.

Last month, Mario Tennis Fever on the Nintendo Switch was the best-selling game based on retail sales. Dragon Quest VII: Reimagined, Pokémon Legends: Z-A, Resident Evil Generation Pack, Donkey Kong Bananza, and Resident Evil Requiem followed in that order. Interestingly, two Resident Evil titles made it into the top six. When combined, sales of Resident Evil Generation Pack and Resident Evil Requiem would place the Capcom game at number two for the month. This is especially noteworthy considering Resident Evil Requiem was only released near the end of February. Mario Tennis Fever, having launched earlier in the month, had a longer period to accumulate sales.
