Robert Pattinson and Suki Waterhouse attended the after-party for the 98th Academy Awards, hosted by Mark Guiducci on March 15th. They were seen enjoying a date night at the Vanity Fair party. (You can find photos of all the stars on the Oscars red carpet here.)
I’m really excited about the latest news for the Assassin’s Creed Netflix series! They’ve landed some fantastic actors in recurring roles. Noomi Rapace is a perfect fit – she’s already proven she can handle the intense physical stuff and gritty action from films like The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and Prometheus. Ramzy Bedia is another great addition; he’s fantastic in action roles, as you can see in Of Money and Blood and Lost Bullet. And Sean Harris (pictured) is just brilliant at playing complex, often unsettling characters – I remember him being incredible as Solomon Lane in Mission: Impossible – Fallout. Finally, Corrado Invernizzi brings a lot of experience to the table, with credits in big films like Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny and Ford v Ferrari. The cast is shaping up to be amazing!
Bandai Namco Studios announced they’re releasing GooNECT√2 worldwide. The original Goonect was a hit in Japan, and they’re hoping players around the globe will enjoy the unique experience of shared gameplay with a friend. GooNECT√2 builds on the original with new features, while still emphasizing fun and building connections with others.

According to sources, development of The Wolf Among Us 2 restarted completely at the end of 2025. We expect an official announcement later this year, with the game slated for release by 2027. In addition, the original The Wolf Among Us will be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S before the sequel launches. The first game was originally released in 2013 for PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.
The popular indie toy maker is teaming up with Monstrous to produce officially licensed figures of Carl Kolchak and his famous enemy, the vampire Janos Skorzeny. This is the first time these characters will be available as official figures.
The massive popularity of Batman, combined with the strong identity of Bruce Wayne as the character, makes it incredibly difficult to imagine anyone else taking on the role. While Dick Grayson had been well-established as a potential successor, it would still be a huge risk for the comics to introduce a new Batman. However, 27 years ago, DC Comics surprisingly introduced a fantastic alternate version that became part of the official story. The first Batman Beyond comic debuted in March 1999, and it paved the way for a significant shift in the Batman universe.
Fans have been asking for an anime adaptation of Takeru Hokazono’s Kagurabachi since before the manga even began, and rumors have circulated since early 2024 that one was in the works. Now, a possible leak – a listing on a social media account noticed by @WSJ_manga on X – suggests the anime announcement may have been revealed ahead of schedule, potentially before any official announcement could be made.
LEGO relies heavily on its LEGO Ideas platform as part of its yearly planning. This allows fans to vote for the sets they’d like to see become reality, letting the LEGO community help decide what gets produced. Popular sets that started as LEGO Ideas submissions include the Back to the Future Time Machine and the Jaws Orca boat. Last year, the platform approved a set from a major franchise LEGO hadn’t previously covered: Godzilla. Now, LEGO Magazine may have given us our first glimpse of the LEGO version of the iconic monster.
