Let’s start with a few guidelines. While many incredibly powerful beings could easily defeat Superman, simply listing them would be uninteresting. This list includes a mix of well-known and lesser-known characters who I believe would offer a compelling fight. It’s important to note that this isn’t about who always wins – Superman is capable of defeating anyone here if he needs to. Instead, this is a look at those who have the potential to challenge him. With that covered, let’s get started!

Okay, so Jagex just dropped a huge plan for the future of RuneScape, and it sounds like they’re really going all-in on turning it into a proper, modern live service game. Basically, they’re revamping a ton of stuff – combat, how things look, how we level up, even player housing – pretty much everything! They’re saying they want to update the game without losing what makes RuneScape RuneScape, you know? The big reveal is going to be at RuneFest 2026, which is happening October 3rd and 4th. I’m really excited to see what they’ve been working on!

Most fighting game fans remember the impact of Capcom’s Darkstalkers series. While Ryu is incredibly famous, Morrigan and the Darkstalkers games are also well-known within the community. Despite being so iconic, the series hasn’t had a new release in almost thirty years. Now that fighting games are becoming popular again – boosted by better online play, esports, and publisher support – it’s a good time to revisit the series that played a key role in shaping the competitive fighting game scene.

Deadline reports that a duo has launched Multitude Productions, a new production company focused on genre films and television. Their first project? A reboot of the classic British sci-fi series, Blake’s 7. The original show, a politically charged space drama, followed a group of criminals and rebels fighting against a powerful, oppressive government called the Terran Federation from their advanced spaceship. Creator James Hoar hopes the reboot will air on the BBC, where the original series was broadcast. He explains that Blake’s 7 became legendary because it unexpectedly landed in a time slot and received a budget originally meant for a standard police procedural like Softly, Softly, limiting production to a single main set and minimal location filming.

Arc Raiders lets players use free kits to help them get started, but this comes with a potential downside. While it makes the game more accessible, it also reduces the fear of losing your gear, which is a core part of the experience. This creates a conflict at the heart of the game: making it easier to play also makes successful extractions less rewarding. For a game built around high stakes, this trade-off is more complex than it appears.

It’s a familiar habit for devoted fans to pinpoint when a TV show starts to decline, particularly when later seasons are noticeably worse. The shows on this list are prime examples: their first seasons were exceptional, with smart writing and fresh visuals that really captured the public’s imagination. Unfortunately, following that success, later seasons often felt like they were struggling to recapture the same spark.

Many people aren’t feeling sorry for Adobe after its stock price dropped. For years, the company has been criticized for making it difficult to cancel subscriptions and charging high prices for software that doesn’t always work perfectly. While some might see the stock drop as payback, that’s not the whole story.

According to data from FlixPatrol, The Man in the Iron Mask is currently popular on Netflix in all the countries where it’s available. It’s performing especially well in Sweden and Finland, where it’s ranked third. However, the movie is at risk of leaving the Top 10 in countries like Paraguay and Colombia, where it’s currently holding onto the tenth position.

James Hoar is a director who received an award for Outstanding Directing from the Directors Guild of America. He’s planning to direct the upcoming reboot of Blake’s 7 himself. The original Blake’s 7 series aired on BBC1, and although the reboot hasn’t been offered to television networks yet, there’s optimism that the BBC might also broadcast the new version.
