Netflix Is Losing One of The Best Anime Films of All Time

It’s a real bummer, but even though Netflix adds tons of new shows and movies every year, they also take some away – even their own originals! Usually, it comes down to not enough people watching or problems with licensing agreements. Sometimes things do come back, but sadly, that’s not always the case. Recently, the website What’s on Netflix shared a list of titles leaving in March 2026, and I was shocked to see that one of my all-time favorite anime films, 5 Centimeters per Second, is on it! It joined the Netflix anime collection back in September 2024, but it’ll be gone on March 2nd, 2026. I’m definitely going to re-watch it before then!

Several important characters from Yellowstone, including Gil Birmingham as Thomas Rainwater, will appear in the new spinoff. While the show is likely keeping other cameos a secret, one character is noticeably missing from the previews. The recent trailer hints at a sad outcome for this character, and it could be a major error that causes the spinoff to fail before it even starts.

Ghosts of Alderney : Hitler’s Island Slaves – STREAMING

Artist Piers Secunda’s five-year investigation has uncovered disturbing details about atrocities committed at the Sylt camp on the island of Alderney. Nazi SS guard Otto Hogelow encouraged fellow guards to use prisoners as target practice, offering rewards like cigarettes, extra food, and longer leave. While most similar camps saw deaths around 400, the number at Sylt reached 1134, a figure so high it alarmed Nazi officials in Germany.
