Gaumont, the company behind hits like Lupin, Narcos, and The Fifth Element, is launching a new limited series called Unfamiliar. Set in Berlin, the six-episode show blends the classic ‘safe house’ thriller with action-packed sequences and compelling family drama. Originally planned for a 2025 release, Unfamiliar will now premiere worldwide on February 5th.
James Gunn responded on Threads to questions about actor Elliot Page and his potential involvement in the DC Universe, stating he’s unsure why Page’s name is being brought up. Gunn also commented that he hasn’t seen evidence of the promised ‘riots’ some people were predicting. He added that he likes Grant Gustin. I still remember when the Fantastic Four came back from those crazy Secret Wars 42 years ago today! For years, it had always been the Richards-Storm family and Ben Grimm – he was basically one of us.
