I’m so excited! Compile Heart just announced that a new Neptunia game, Neptunia Unlimited, is coming out in Japan on August 27th! We haven’t heard anything about a release here in the West yet, but the other games eventually made it over, so I’m pretty hopeful it will happen. It’s been a while since the last main game, Megadimension Neptunia VII back in 2015, which was awesome because it came to PC, PS4, and Switch. Fingers crossed this one does too! Sadly, the previous games never hit Xbox, so I wouldn’t get my hopes up if I were an Xbox fan.

Fans have been hoping for a return to the Firefly universe, and now it’s happening! Star Nathan Fillion has confirmed an animated revival is in development, bringing back many of the original cast members to voice their beloved characters. Alan Tudyk (Wash), Gina Torres (Zoe), Morena Baccarin (Inara), Adam Baldwin (Jayne), Jewel Staite (Kaylee), Summer Glau (River), and Sean Maher (Simon) are all set to reprise their roles. Sadly, Ron Glass, who played Shepherd Book, passed away in 2016. However, his character will still be included, and the producers are currently searching for a new actor to take on the role, as Fillion told Deadline.

As a huge fan of the original Front Mission 3 from the PS1 days, I was thrilled to hear it’s getting a special release! For those who don’t know, this awesome tactical RPG came back earlier this year as Front Mission 3: Remake. It’s cool to note that Square Enix didn’t actually make this remake themselves – they licensed it to Forever Entertainment and MegaPixel Studio. It initially came out digitally in January for Switch, PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, but now they’re doing a limited physical release! That’s fantastic news for people like me who love collecting physical copies of games.

The Shelby family is back in a new Peaky Blinders movie! Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man premiered on Netflix on March 20th. Directed by Tom Harper and written by Steven Knight, the film continues the story of the popular historical crime drama that originally aired on Netflix and BBC from 2013 to 2022. Set in 1940 during World War II, seven years after the end of the TV series, the movie follows an older Tommy Shelby (Cillian Murphy) as he comes out of exile. He must now face his past and deal with his son, Duke (Barry Keoghan), who is caught up in trouble.
