5 Things We Need to See from Dungeons & Dragons: Warlock

Warlock is the next game from Invoke Studios, the team behind Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance. Invoke Studios was acquired by Wizards of the Coast in 2019, and while Dark Alliance didn’t get great reviews, they haven’t released a new game since. Warlock will be another attempt at a Dungeons & Dragons video game, and hopefully the developers have used what they learned from the previous game to make this one better. I’m really hoping for a new single-player D&D RPG, so I’m staying positive and looking forward to what they create. Here are 5 features I’d love to see in the game.

DC K.O. is Making a Big Mistake if My Worst Fear is Correct

Some readers were disappointed with the second issue of DC K.O., as they expected a series of one-on-one battles. Instead, it turned out to be a quest to find the most powerful weapons in the DC Universe. While the issue was enjoyable, some fans felt it didn’t deliver on the initial promise of the series. Now that we’re a few weeks into DC’s “All Fight Month,” I’m starting to worry about something else entirely.

Bitcoin’s Secret Plot: Whales and Call Options Turning the Market into a Yo-Yo 🎢

Bitcoin's rocky ride

Picture this: these venerable giants of the crypto seas are selling call options-that’s fancy talk for giving someone the right, but not the obligation, to buy their Bitcoin at a set price in the future. In exchange? They pocket a nice little premium. But here’s the rub-every time they do this, the market makers on the other side of the table rush in to buy these options, then scramble to hedge their bets by selling actual Bitcoin. And what does that do? It drives the price down, of course! Because who needs rising prices when you can enjoy a nice little slide instead? 😏📉

45 Years Ago, Shogun, One Of The Best Miniseries Of All Time, Set A New Standard For Television

The 1980 miniseries Shōgun is a prime example of this type of television event. It first aired on NBC as five episodes, each lasting two to three hours, shown over five nights. This format had been successfully introduced by the 1977 series Roots, and Shōgun helped make it even more popular. Based on James Clavell’s 1975 novel, the story follows English pilot John Blackthorn after his ship is wrecked in Japan in the early 1600s. Blackthorn quickly becomes valuable to Lord Yoshii Toranaga, who uses the pilot’s knowledge to outmaneuver his rivals – the Portuguese and Jesuits.

King of the Hill Gets Promising Update for the Revival’s Future

Fans are hopeful that the upcoming seasons of King of the Hill will be a hit, and that looks promising now that Saladin K. Patterson has extended his contract with 20th Television and 20th Television Animation. Patterson will continue to lead the King of the Hill revival as executive producer and showrunner, and he’s also developing new live-action and animated projects for Disney Television—some of which are already underway.

Even though Batman and Superman are a fantastic team and close friends, they’ve clashed on several occasions. Throughout comic book history, both within the main storylines and in separate tales, they’ve fought – and sometimes, Batman has won. Here are seven instances where Batman bested Superman. These weren’t always clear-cut victories – no one usually dies or is definitively defeated – but Superman always ends up losing, which highlights just how powerful and resourceful Batman truly is.
