On August 1st, we sadly announce the passing of Tsunehiko Kamijo, represented by KeiSeven Nakamuraya, on July 22nd, 2025, at a hospital near his home in Nagano Prefecture, due to old age. Surrounded by loved ones, he passed away peacefully. We express our deepest gratitude for the support and kindness shown towards him throughout his life. In accordance with Kamijo’s wishes and those of his family, a private funeral and memorial service will be held, and there will be no farewell ceremony. Condolence gifts and offerings will not be accepted as per the deceased’s request. We kindly ask for your understanding during this difficult time.

Back in 2025, on August 1st, I was thrilled to binge-watch the entire four-episode run of “Eyes of Wakanda” on Disney+, adding another gem to the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Phase 6 collection. What made this animated series even more intriguing was its integration into Earth 616’s primary continuity, making the characters introduced in “Eyes of Wakanda” an essential part of the MCU’s rich history. A total of eleven new characters graced our screens in this series, although there were many others who left a lasting impression but might not reappear.
