According to Deadline, Simon Barry, the creator of Warrior Nun, is developing a new series called Time of Death. The show will likely appeal to fans of his previous work. Time of Death follows a British detective who, after a ten-year pursuit of a cunning serial killer, moves to Vancouver only to discover the killer has followed him. This sets off an intense, obsessive search. The series is a project resulting from a partnership between Omnifilm and Barry’s production company, Reality Distortion Field. While it doesn’t replace Warrior Nun, it sounds like an excellent next step for Barry.
