The game *Invincible VS* is scheduled to be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC (through Steam and the Microsoft Store) in 2026.

Recently, photos surfaced on X (formerly Twitter) from the set of Brand New Day. The MCU Film News account shared pictures of the actor, wearing a white outfit and sitting on what looks like a helicopter. The photos appear to have been taken during a break in filming, as the actor is seen smiling and chatting with the crew. You can view the images below.

Peacock is now streaming the first three *Friday the 13th* movies: *Friday the 13th*, *Friday the 13th – Part 2*, and *Friday The 13th – Part III*. These films are where audiences first met horror villain Jason Voorhees. They arrived on the streaming service October 1st, just before the new *Crystal Lake* series is released. Announced in October 2022, the *Crystal Lake* series will be a prequel to the original 1980 film, with Linda Cardellini playing Pamela Voorhees and Callum Vinson as a young Jason. While a release date for the series hasn’t been set, fans can revisit the original movies on Peacock now to get ready.

With the highly anticipated live-action *Moana* set to release in summer 2026, Disney is also bringing back plans for a live-action *Tangled*. According to *Deadline*, the remake of the 2010 animated film – which starred Mandy Moore as Rapunzel and Zachary Levi as Flynn Rider – is moving forward after being put on hold earlier this year. While details are still limited, Scarlett Johansson is reportedly being considered to play Mother Gothel, the villain who kidnapped Rapunzel as a baby. Donna Murphy originally voiced the character in the animated version.

It seems like manga endings are always debated, but many series still manage to finish strong, even in recent years. A handful of these endings are particularly memorable, proving that a story can be excellent from beginning to end.

This month, Amazon’s Prime Video made its popular 2020 comedy film, *Borat Subsequent Moviefilm*, available to stream for free on Tubi. The movie was a surprise hit and even received an Oscar nomination.

Dastmalchian has expressed interest in playing Morbius. While the previous Morbius film with Jared Leto wasn’t a huge success for Sony’s Spider-Man Universe, many think Dastmalchian would be a great fit for the role.

In 2023, James Gunn, co-CEO of DC Studios, revealed five TV shows planned for the first phase of the DC Universe, called “Gods and Monsters.” One show has already premiered on HBO Max, and four more are currently being developed. Additionally, several animated projects are in the works as separate stories outside the main DCU, under the DC Elseworlds banner. Overall, the future of DC’s TV content, both live-action and animated, looks promising and is set to grow significantly.

Electronic Arts unfortunately cancelled the Dead Space series, and then, true to form, did so again about ten years later. While the franchise has been revived and cancelled multiple times, nothing has managed to replicate its unique success, which speaks poorly about the current state of the gaming industry.

I was super excited to hear about *Zero Company* at Star Wars Celebration Japan! It’s a new turn-based tactics game being made by Bit Reactor, Respawn Entertainment, and Lucasfilm Games. Honestly, I love this genre – games like *X-Com* and *Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew* really prove that tactics games are perfect for telling stories about a ragtag team of heroes, and I’m hoping *Zero Company* delivers on that!
