Super Battle Golf first launched for PC via Steam on February 19.

I’m a bit disappointed, but it looks like that spin-off series we were all hoping for probably won’t happen. The first season of Born Again was pretty straightforward, but season 2 is really taking risks! So much has happened in just the first four episodes – big twists and reveals – and one storyline in particular has made it impossible to continue that spin-off idea. It’s a shame, but I’m still excited to see where season 2 goes!

While the 2021 Mortal Kombat movie did well on streaming, critics and fans had mixed reactions. Many didn’t like the new main character, Cole Young, and felt the story focused too much on the events before the actual tournament. The sequel, Mortal Kombat II, fixes these issues by putting the Earthrealm champions directly against Emperor Shao Kahn in the tournament fans were waiting for. Importantly, it also introduces Johnny Cage, a hugely popular character from the games. Cage often acts as a way for audiences to connect with the story, making this sequel a great starting point for viewers new to the Mortal Kombat universe.

McDonald’s Japan frequently collaborates with popular anime series. They’ve previously released special menus and promotions for shows like One Piece, Pokemon, and Neon Genesis Evangelion. Following a successful KPop Demon Hunters campaign in North America, McDonald’s is now partnering with Mobile Suit Gundam. This collaboration includes new food items and funny animated shorts that playfully reimagine the Gundam universe. The iconic mecha robots are getting a fresh look, and even McDonald’s food is being redesigned with a *Gundaminspired makeover.

A highly anticipated science fiction novel is finally being adapted for the screen. Melina Matsoukas, the director of Queen & Slim, will bring Octavia E. Butler’s 1993 novel, Parable of the Sower, to life. The project is set up at Warner Bros. with producers Nina Jacobson and Brad Simpson, known for The Hunger Games and Crazy Rich Asians. Fans have been waiting for this adaptation for decades, and now seems like the perfect time.

I’m really hoping Marvel gets it right this time! They’re giving another one of my favorite teams a chance to become a huge success, and I’m on the edge of my seat to see if it finally clicks. Will this be the breakthrough they need, or will they fall short again? It’s nerve-wracking, but I’m staying optimistic!

Wow, after A-Train’s death in the first episode of The Boys Season 5, I definitely didn’t expect what happened at the end of episode two! It looked like Soldier Boy was a goner too – the Supe-killing virus really seemed to hit him hard, and even Homelander thought it had worked. I was completely shocked when, right before the credits rolled, Soldier Boy just sat up! It reminded me of the Undertaker – totally unexpected and creepy. I can’t believe he survived!

According to the newest sales figures from Famitsu, only 840 PS5 Pro consoles were sold between March 29th and April 5th. An additional 558 standard, disc-drive PS5 consoles were also purchased during that week.
