Walker Scobell, the star of Percy Jackson and the Olympians, has decided not to go to prom. This decision comes after death threats were sent to girls who were rumored to be dates for him. Scobell explained on Instagram that he didn’t want to cause any harm to those girls or their families, so he’s skipping the event.

Netflix recently shared more information about when viewers worldwide can watch the new anime. Last month, before the anime launched, the official Netflix Anime X account announced it would begin streaming in parts of Asia on April 5th. While a specific global release date isn’t set, it will be available on the platform starting in May. Both dubbed and subtitled versions will be offered. The anime has already premiered with two episodes, and its creator, Yue Suenaga, has shared his initial reactions.
