Bad Man will be available On Demand from 22nd September
It has been verified that the action-comedy “Bad Man,” produced by Vertigo Releasing, will be available for digital release in the UK starting on September 22nd.
As a dedicated cinephile, I’m eager to share my excitement about “Bad Man,” a captivating flick that boasts an impressive ensemble cast. Sean William Scott, renowned for his work in “American Pie,” takes the lead. Rob Riggle, best known for “21 Jump Street,” also graces the screen. The young and talented Johnny Simmons, who charmed us in “The Perks of Being a Wallflower,” is part of the cast too. Lovi Poe, star of “Chelsea Cowboy,” adds her charm to the film. Andre Hyland, recognized for his role in “Barry,” brings his acting prowess to the table as well. Tragically, this marks the final film of the late Chance Perdomo, a beloved figure from “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
The initial work of director Michael Diliberti, titled “Bad Man,” is a collaboration between him and writer JJ Nelson on its screenplay.
In the quaint town of Colt Lake, Tennessee, a significant methamphetamine issue persists. When a grisly murder occurs, Deputy Sam Evans, a once celebrated local sports figure who’s fallen from grace, is tasked with the case. Despite his past connection to the community he cherishes deeply, many doubt Evans’ abilities or consider him a serious contender for solving this crime.
Later, Bobby Gaines, a secret narcotics agent from the state’s Special Task Force, makes an appearance. He is warmly received, almost like a hero. Evans finds himself partnered with the town’s latest high-ranking officer. However, as they delve deeper into their investigation, things might not be as they seem with this enigmatic new ally.
