Bhad Bhabie is opening up about her health.
It’s been over a year since the artist known for ‘Gucci Flip Flops’ first told us about her cancer, and recently she’s been sharing how much her health has been getting worse. It’s really tough to hear, and as a fan, I’m just sending her all my support.
Bhad Bhabie, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, shared on X (formerly Twitter) on February 28th that she received some concerning news from her doctor. She expressed her faith, stating that the outcome is ultimately in God’s hands, not determined by her cancer diagnosis.
Okay, so, I was so worried about her! After all the nasty comments people were making about her body online, she bravely shared her diagnosis back in November 2024. And now, she’s being so open and honest about how she’s really doing… it just means the world to me, honestly. It’s amazing that someone who was on Dr. Phil is using her platform to talk about this so openly!
She shared on Instagram that she lost weight due to her cancer treatment, but is now regaining it. She asked people to avoid spreading negative assumptions about her health.
TopMob News has previously reached out to Bhad Bhabie’s rep for comment but didn’t hear back.
After Danielle shared news about her health, her mother, Barbara Bregoli, strongly criticized online trolls who suggested her daughter’s illness was a result of bad karma.
Barbara recently shared that social media has become a place where people feel comfortable saying hurtful things, believing it’s acceptable because they’re anonymous online. She expressed this in an Instagram video on March 1st.
She strongly condemned the idea of suggesting someone with cancer is experiencing karma, calling it a deeply insensitive and unacceptable viewpoint. She emphasized that cancer affects people of all ages – babies, children, the elderly – and no one ever asks to get sick.
She also warned online bullies of speaking ill on situations they’ve never experienced.
She warned people not to judge others or talk about karma unless they’ve been through similar situations themselves. She emphasized protecting her child and family, and urged others to refrain from targeting them or causing them harm. Basically, she said, ‘Don’t come for me, my family, or my kid.’

Barbara previously defended Danielle against accusations that she was pretending to be sick. Danielle shares a 23-month-old daughter, Kali Love, with her ex, Le Vaughn.
In a 2024 Instagram video, Barbara angrily responded to someone criticizing her daughter. She said, “I sincerely hope your child never has to go through cancer, as I have battled it twice. It’s appalling that you would accuse my daughter of faking her illness – you are a terrible person.”
Okay, so she finally addressed all the awful things people are saying about her daughter on her Instagram Stories, and honestly, it was SO her! She was like, ‘Can you BELIEVE these comments? They’re absolutely vile!’ But then, the best part – she finished with her signature saying, ‘GOD DONT LIKE UGLY!!’ Seriously, I live for it. It’s just…perfectly her, you know?
She continued, “Stop with the assumptions!!!”
