Order Silos are optional things you can do in Borderlands 4 that act as quick travel spots. However, their main purpose is to help you locate Vault Key Fragments on the map. Each of the three major areas around Dominion city has three Vault Key Fragments hidden within a different Silo, so finding them all through exploration alone would be very difficult.
