While navigating Horace’s Oversight in Down and Outbound, you will come across four items that are prohibited and must be retrieved. Fortunately, these items are not too distant from the primary route we’ll follow through the area! Therefore, we’ll guide you when it’s necessary to deviate from the main path to collect the contraband.

Utilizing ECHO Location frequently is strongly advised for achieving this goal. It not only guides you on the best route within the area, but it also marks any suspicious items related to your mission that are in close proximity!

To clarify, the initial illegal item can be found in a storage facility located straight ahead and slightly to your right as you enter the area. This is the dimly lit room depicted previously.

Enter that room and you’ll spot the contraband on a crate in front of you, a bit to your right.

The second illegal item can be found to the left, as you descend a lengthy staircase that you encounter initially when navigating Horace’s Oversight. It is situated within the room depicted in the image provided.

Just enter the room and you’ll see the contraband pick-up on a crate, right in front of you.

To find the third illegal item, simply stay on the primary route and continue ascending until you encounter another set of extended stairs. This will lead you to a corridor that connects to an outdoor area. The contraband is situated atop a box near the top, just before you exit to the building’s exterior.

The last illegal item is hidden under a shelter just before the end of that particular area, and it’s situated very close to the peak of Horace’s Overlook. You’ll find it right before your descent to meet Horace face-to-face.
