Brendan Fraser Makes Rare Red Carpet Appearance With 2 of His Kids

Brendan Fraser is journeying to the center of the public eye—and he brought company.

Brendan Fraser brought his sons, Griffin Arthur Fraser, 23, and Leland Francis Fraser, 20, as his guests to the premiere of his new movie, Pressure, on May 26th. He shares his sons with his ex-wife, Afton Smith.

At AMC Lincoln Square 13 in New York City, Brendan and his sons, Griffin and Leland, matched in shades of green. Brendan wore an olive green suit with a gray shirt, while his sons sported green shirts with black pants, posing together for photos.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve noticed Brendan Fraser is a really private dad, and his kids usually stay out of the public eye. But this isn’t the first time he’s been seen with them! He’s brought his children – including his 21-year-old son, Holden Fletcher Fraser, with Afton – to events before, and it’s always lovely to see.

Last year at New York Fashion Week, actor Brendan Fraser, known for The Mummy, was spotted in the front row supporting designer Holden as he presented his RTW 2025 collection.

The 57-year-old was seen with former Real Housewives of New York star Jenna Lyons and her partner, Cass Bird, in a TikTok video. In the video, the actor from George of the Jungle filmed his son, Holden, walking the runway. He made sure to get a clear shot of Holden wearing an olive green jacket over a sweater and grey pants.

After the show, Holden, who first walked the runway in 2023, shared how much it meant to him to model the designer’s collection.

A New York University student shared photos from the February 6th Todd Snyder show, expressing their gratitude for the opportunity to model in the collection. They wrote, “Me for @toddsnyderny FW25… Thank you so much to the whole Todd Snyder team, it was such an honor to walk in this beautiful collection.”

I’m such a big fan of Brendan Fraser, and it’s amazing to see how supportive his family is – it really goes both ways! When he got nominated for an Oscar for The Whale, his kids threw him the sweetest surprise party with cake and balloons. It was so heartwarming to see, and it really showed how proud they are of him, just like he is of them.

In 2023, he told Extra that they secretly entered the house with a plan. He described sharing that experience with his family and friends as a cherished, unforgettable memory.

Several months later, the siblings reunited to cheer on their father at the 2023 Oscars, and he won an award for his role as Charlie in the film.

“We are unbelievably proud,” Holden said on TopMob’s Live From the Red Carpet. “Over the moon.”
