Brett Eldredge is writing his love song the way he wants to.
He’s recently married and says his new wife has become one of his inspirations. The country singer revealed they had a private wedding.
In a recent Instagram post from June 15th, Eldredge shared a photo from his wedding day and reflected on what truly matters to him. He wrote that he cherishes the simple, private moments – the things you nurture and grow in a peaceful, personal space – and finds great comfort in them.
The 40-year-old shared that they’re excited about the future and incredibly thankful to have someone special to experience it with.
The singer, known for keeping his private life private, didn’t reveal his new wife’s name and chose to hide her face in the wedding photo he posted. He was eager to share that she’s an incredible person who loves him for who he is, not just for his fame.
Eldredge described his ideal partner as someone playful and silly like himself – someone who enjoys spontaneous fun, such as having impromptu dance parties without shoes, and pondering life’s big questions while stargazing.
And that’s just a small glimpse of what he loves most about her.
He described wanting someone he could share both joyful and difficult moments with – someone to laugh with, cry with, and navigate life’s ups and downs alongside. He also said he was looking for someone with a kind and generous spirit who inspires him.
Although Eldredge was previously rumored to have dated Victoria’s Secret model Rachel Hilbert back in 2015, he hasn’t officially spoken about his past relationships. However, he suggested in December that he was currently in a relationship.
He told People he’s incredibly happy to have such a wonderful person in his life. He described their moments together as special and sacred, and shared that everything is going really well for them both.
