Call of Duty: Warzone’s latest map, Haven’s Hollow (part of the Resurgence update), includes hidden secrets and challenges – known as Easter Eggs – for players to discover, just like previous maps.
While the game is mostly focused on intense player battles, the Jackalope Easter Egg is a delightful and rewarding side activity that’s definitely worth checking out.
Finishing this challenge instantly unlocks the Specialist perk for you, giving you every advantage in the game. What’s great is that you can also share it with one teammate, and it only takes about 30 seconds to complete!
At least, unless other players are also going after it. Then you might have to work a bit harder.
How to complete the Jackalope Hunt Easter Egg on Haven’s Hollow in Call of Duty: Warzone
The best part of the Jackalope Hunt is the Specialist Pack. Because two of them appear, you and a teammate can both get powerful upgrades and really excel.
As a researcher exploring Haven’s Hollow, I’ve found a unique creature near the Pond. It’s essentially a magical rabbit that hops around the paths surrounding the water. It doesn’t seem to have a specific location it favors, but you’ll easily recognize it by the shimmering, sparkly trail it leaves behind.
When you destroy it, lots of items will drop. Be sure to grab the Jackalope among them!
Now that you have the Jackalope, your next destination is the Hunting Lodge, located north of the Pond.
Once you’re inside, go to the fireplace and look at the empty space on the wall where a trophy would go. You’ll then see a message asking you to “Mount Jackalope.”
When you interact with it, two Specialist Packs will appear from the fireplace. If this is your first time completing this Easter Egg, you’ll also receive a message on your screen, along with 4,000 XP and the Beast Keepsake weapon decal.
That’s all it takes! You can use this strategy in future games, and playing as the Specialist class will definitely give you an edge.
