Cardi B’s Boyfriend Stefon Diggs Accused of Fathering Baby With Model

Stefon Diggs is at the center of a paternity lawsuit.

According to court documents obtained by *People* magazine on September 18th, the NFL player, who is expecting a child with Cardi B, is also alleged to have fathered a daughter born in April with Aileen Lopera.

Lopera, who goes by the name Lord Gisselle online, first took legal action against Diggs in December 2024 while she was pregnant. According to reports, the purpose of the filing was to establish parentage of their child. She asked the court for full custody, while requesting that Diggs be granted visitation rights.

According to *People* magazine, the New England Patriots wide receiver-who has an 8-year-old daughter, Nova, from a previous relationship-is challenging the paternity of a baby and has asked for a DNA test to confirm if he is the father.

The 31-year-old man also requested that if he is the father of Lopera’s baby, named Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera, they share joint legal and physical custody. He also wants to share the costs of pregnancy, birth, and legal fees, according to documents obtained by *People* magazine.

According to Tamar Arminak, Lopera’s lawyer, her client hopes Mr. Diggs will soon recognize and support his baby daughter who lives in Los Angeles.

While still dealing with legal issues, Diggs is anticipating the birth of his and Cardi’s first child together – her fourth overall. Cardi is also busy finishing her second album, *Am I the Drama?*, which comes out on September 19th, and preparing for the Little Miss Drama tour.

The rapper, who has three children – 7-year-old Kulture, 4-year-old Wave, and 12-month-old Blossom – with her soon-to-be ex-husband Offset, told Gayle King on CBS Mornings that she’s been working incredibly hard, all while being pregnant.

After the 32-year-old Grammy winner talked about her busy life in a video for her fans, her husband, Diggs, publicly showed his support.

He left a comment on Cardi’s Instagram post praising her focus. In another comment, he revealed he’s ‘totally rooting for a boy!’
