His friend and podcast producer, Peter Everett, shared the news on Facebook – Simon’s been dealing with a lot, including chemo, radiotherapy, and physiotherapy. Sending him all my best wishes for a full recovery – he’s a fantastic broadcaster and a true film enthusiast!
As a huge fan of sci-fi and fantasy on screen, I’m really excited to hear the streaming service isn’t stopping with adaptations like ‘Foundation’, ‘Wool’, and ‘The Murderbot Diaries’. Apparently, they’re now working on something based on the books of Brandon Sanderson, which is fantastic news! He’s a truly beloved author, and I can’t wait to see what they do with his world.
