This new comedy series is the first project from the creator of the popular show Detectorists. It’s a unique blend of live-action and animation, telling a heartwarming story about friendship and finding hope in everyday life. The series unfolds in a quiet suburban neighborhood where hidden secrets and deceptions simmer beneath the surface.
Crook explained in a statement that the project had been in development for almost ten years and he was excited to finally launch it. He also expressed his pleasure at reuniting with colleagues Gill Isles and Pearce Quigley, and fulfilling a longtime goal of working with animators Ainslie Henderson and Will Anderson.
