In the recent episode “Squim Returns,” characters Glep and Alan are noticeably missing – they’re at an anime convention! Alan is dressed as a funny version of Sailor Moon, and Glep is cosplaying as Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy VII. Adult Swim shared new artwork of the pair online, showing them off as the ultimate anime duo.

The scene felt too real, suggesting a strong connection between Glinda and Fiyero that would have complicated the story. The writers felt cutting the kiss was the right decision for the film’s narrative.

The developers at Ubisoft Montreal really improved the combat in Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, introducing creative enemies and challenging bosses. Unfortunately, the game’s story and characters weren’t as strong when it came out in North America on December 2, 2004. Even after over twenty years, I’m still disappointed in how Warrior Within strayed from the simple brilliance of The Sands of Time.
