The PlayStation 5 release of Aaero2 comes with a special Black Razor Edition featuring extra music and levels inspired by Arcade Paradise. This edition offers a truly immersive musical experience, with tracks from labels like Monstercat and Black Razor Records, as well as popular electronic and pop music from artist Lania Kea. Streamers will especially appreciate the soundtracks, which create an energetic, concert-like atmosphere during gameplay. So, it looks like support for the new Kirby Air Riders on Switch is wrapping up already. As a big fan of the original Kirby Air Ride on GameCube, I was so excited when this launched last month, and thankfully most people seem to be enjoying it! But the director already said there wouldn’t be any DLC, and now it seems like we shouldn’t expect any further updates either. It’s a little disappointing, but I guess they’ve delivered the game they intended!

As a reminder, these four games will be leaving the PS Plus Extra library on January 20, 2026, according to the ‘Last Chance to Play’ notice.

According to a recent strategy report, Dambuster Studios is now fully focused on developing Dead Island 3 following the October 2024 release of Dead Island 2 Ultimate Edition. All developers are currently working on the project, and once the Luna and Mac versions of Dead Island 2 are finished, the entire quality assurance team will join them. Early work on Dead Island 3 – including designing the features, characters, world, and story – is progressing quickly, and the game is currently expected to launch in the first quarter of 2028.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, director Rian Johnson shared that he has some early, basic ideas for the next mystery film, like initial concepts of what it could be. However, he cautioned fans not to expect anything concrete anytime soon. He doesn’t have a specific theme or location in mind yet, and prefers to keep things open until he’s ready to start writing. What might disappoint fans is Johnson’s plan to direct a different, original film first. This means it will likely be several years before Daniel Craig returns as Benoit Blanc for another mystery.

Most anime flaws come down to weak storytelling or poor adaptations, but a few have sparked real controversy. This year, three anime in particular have caused a stir: a returning favorite with a fourth season, and two others with plots so problematic they’ve reflected poorly on the anime world as a whole.

The downloadable content will be released on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on January 22nd, 2026 – that’s just over a month from now!
