On December 13, 2025, Dusk Golem (also known as AestheticGamer) revealed that remakes of Resident Evil – Code: Veronica and Resident Evil 0 are planned for release in 2027 and 2028, respectively. Both games originally launched in 2000 and 2002 on all available consoles at the time, with Zero also being available on PC and newer consoles. It’s been a while since modern console players could enjoy these titles; Zero received an HD remaster in 2016, and Code: Veronica in 2011.
