A live-action version of the anime series The Flowers of Evil is coming to Japanese television on TV Tokyo and will be available on Disney+ in April 2026. Fuku Suzuki and Ano will star as Takao Kasuga and Sawa Nakamura, respectively. The series is a well-regarded horror story known for its psychological thrills, even though it doesn’t rely on traditional monsters like some other works in the genre. Currently, it’s unclear if the adaptation will be released in North America, but given the growing popularity of live-action anime, it seems likely.
