On Saturdays, there’s now a preview for the biopic about the iconic TV show, Saturday Night Live (SNL). Director Jason Reitman delves into the debut of SNL in his upcoming film. In the sneak peek, a young Lorne Michaels, portrayed by Gabriel LaBelle, fearlessly confronts NBC executives to express his thoughts. Willem Dafoe breathes life into the character of long-time network executive David Tebet in this new production. Rather than just a parade of famous faces, Saturday Night aims to depict the chaotic energy that marked the first broadcast. Over 90 minutes, viewers get to meet the key figures who shaped SNL into the cultural phenomenon it later became. Take a look at the trailer below for a glimpse:
As a dedicated PC gamer with a tight budget, I’m always on the lookout for ways to stretch my gaming dollars. Normally, I can count on the Epic Games Store to provide me with one or two free games per week, which helps me save a bit here and there. But this week, the Epic Store is really going above and beyond! They’re giving away not just one or two, but TWO popular titles for absolutely nothing! And that’s not all – they’re also offering some free content for Apex Legends, which adds up to nearly $100 in savings. I can hardly believe it! This is a real game-changer for me and my gaming wallet. I can’t wait to see what other surprises Epic has in store for us gamers in the future. Keep it coming, Epic Games Store!
Fans of Star Wars have been eagerly waiting for a glimpse of the upcoming TV series “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew”, and last week we got our first official photos. However, one of the young stars on Instagram hinted that the first teaser will be unveiled this coming Friday. Unlike movies which might show trailers in theaters before they go online, for this Disney+ series, it’s likely that the new teaser will premiere on social media and YouTube. The trailer release will align with the D23 Expo, an annual gathering celebrating every aspect of the Disney brand, happening over the weekend. “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” is scheduled to air on December 3rd.
As I eagerly anticipate the comeback of “Chainsaw Man’s” anime, I’m diving deep into Tatsuki Fujimoto’s thrilling manga. However, for Denji, the story’s momentum isn’t all sunshine and rainbows; it’s more like a stormy rollercoaster ride. Without revealing too much, our Chainsaw Devil has just suffered one of the toughest blows in his career, leaving him with an intense urge to vent his frustration on any foe that dares cross his path. Unlike most shonen protagonists, Denji isn’t alone in this fight. Yoshida is still very much a part of the game and is grappling with a devil-sized problem all by himself.
As a dedicated gamer diving headfirst into the animated realm, I can’t help but be thrilled about the approaching climax of “Suicide Squad Isekai”! The anticipation is palpable as DC Comics prepares to unveil the grand finale we’ve all been waiting for. For those who might have missed it, Wit Studio and Warner Bros. Japan collaborated this year to introduce some iconic characters from the DC universe into the anime world.
