Remember Captain America’s shield? When Steve Rogers passed the mantle to Sam Wilson, he didn’t give him the *original* shield. That one was actually destroyed by Thanos during the battle for Earth. A scrapped plan for the *Thunderbolts* movie involved Valentina Allegra de Fontaine secretly recovering the broken shield and putting it on display at The Watchtower, which was once Stark Tower. This information comes from the book *Marvel Studios’ Thunderbolts: The Art of The Movie*, as shared by The Artbook Collector on YouTube.

Both *TRON* and *TRON: Legacy* are coming to 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray for the very first time on September 16th, and will be available in collectible Steelbook cases. Pre-orders are currently sold out, but more may become available on Amazon and Walmart. A new trailer released on September 15th (on YouTube) showcases Charlie Hunnam’s portrayal of Ed Gein in the upcoming season of *Monster*. Gein, a real-life killer, served as the inspiration for iconic horror movie villains in films like *Psycho*, *The Texas Chainsaw Massacre*, and *The Silence of the Lambs*. The trailer hints at a dark and disturbing depiction of Gein in *Monster* season 3, which is set to premiere on Netflix on October 3, 2025 – making it a chilling choice for Halloween-season viewing.

Movic, a company known for anime merchandise, has released a new hoodie based on the popular series *My Dress-Up Darling*. It’s a perfect recreation of the one Marin gives to Gojo during a key scene in the anime. Fans will remember this is the hoodie featuring Shizuku Kuroe – a character Marin adores – and it’s quite a bold design considering Gojo’s shy personality! Before *Batman: Arkham Knight* came out, a lot of us were convinced the Arkham Knight was Jason Todd – one of the past Robins. But Rocksteady, the game developers, kept saying he was a totally new character, someone Batman fans hadn’t met before. They even said they wanted to really make their own impact on the Batman story with this character.

Over its opening weekend, *The Long Walk* made $11.5 million in the US, landing it at number four in the box office rankings. While a solid start, it didn’t quite reach the $14 million debut of *The Monkey*, which premiered in February. This is a bit unexpected, as critics generally liked *The Long Walk* more. Both films have positive reviews on Rotten Tomatoes – *The Monkey* with a 77% rating, and *The Long Walk* also being ‘Certified Fresh’.
