Alyssa Ashcroft first appeared in the 2003 game Resident Evil Outbreak. While she’s one of the playable characters in that online game, her story actually begins earlier. From 1993 to 1998, Alyssa worked as a journalist for The Raccoon Press. This means she lived and worked in Raccoon City for almost ten years before the events of the Raccoon City Incident in ’98 – long before we meet her in the game.

In the film’s trailer, Bawma talks a lot about how greed can be a destructive force within Aleph, and the importance of addressing it quickly before it spreads.
During today’s Pokemon Presents showcase, Game Freak announced the next generation of Pokemon games: Pokemon Winds and Pokemon Waves.
