Speaking candidly, if you recognize me, you’re well aware that I’m deeply fond of “The Last of Us”. This affection has been steadfast for a good ten years now, though acknowledging that fact may make me seem older. However, let me express that my admiration for this series is immense. Thus, when news of the upcoming series broke in 2020, I found myself among the earliest to start eagerly marking off the days until its debut.

In December 2024, James Gunn and Peter Safran debuted their DC Universe with the introduction of Creature Commandos. This was followed by Gunn’s Superman film, while Season 2 of Peacemaker is set to premiere next month. In the year 2026, we can expect the arrival of Lanterns, Supergirl, and Clayface.

The brotherly day on the greens was posted jointly by the two to their Instagram’s with the simple caption of ‘Sticks.’ While the video of their game is pretty straightforward, the take away is clearly the handsome shirtless brothers. Approximately 40 years after the initial film significantly shaped a specific comedy genre, often referred to as faux documentaries (but not mockumentaries, as Christopher Guest finds that term distasteful), the original team behind This Is Spinal Tap have at last produced a sequel. Titled Spinal Tap II: The Saga Persists, it brings back the classic members of the band: David St. Hubbins, Nigel Tufnel, and Derek Smalls. In our world, they are recognized as Michael McKean, Christopher Guest, and Harry Shearer.

When I came across the video of that $80 (or $79.99) popcorn bucket, my immediate thought was “Wow, it’s enormous!” Although I knew it would be big since Marvel advertised it as “the largest popcorn container in the universe” while promoting The Fantastic Four: First Steps, it’s still astounding to fully grasp its size of 17.5 inches tall and 20 inches wide.
