Is the Doctor currently possessed by the entity known as the Bad Wolf? Or has some kind of time-bending event caused the Doctor and Rose Tyler to switch bodies? Could Rose’s current form be temporary, a prelude to the Doctor’s next full regeneration? There are a lot of unanswered questions surrounding the show right now, especially as fans speculate about who will become the next permanent Doctor, and now a familiar face is being discussed as a possibility.

I was watching Daniel Radcliffe on Hot Ones the other day, and he was talking about some of the craziest pitches he’s ever gotten. Apparently, someone actually suggested a Wizard of Oz remake… with Harry, Ron, and Hermione taking the lead! He said it was pitched to him while they were still filming the Harry Potter movies. Honestly, it sounded like one of the worst ideas he’d ever heard, and I can’t say I disagree!

As a huge movie buff, I’ve been following this drama closely! Ever since Netflix and Warner Bros. Discovery started talking about merging last year, Paramount’s CEO, David Ellison, has been trying to come up with a competing deal. Netflix is offering about $27.75 per share, valuing the whole company at around $82.7 billion. Now, Paramount has sweetened its own offer, and it’s put a bit of pressure on Warner Bros. Discovery shareholders. They’ve got until February 23rd to really consider what Paramount’s bringing to the table, and it gives Paramount one last chance to put forward their absolute best and final offer.

Marlon Wayans recently announced on the Rap Attack Official podcast that the first trailer for ‘Scary Movie 6’ will be released on February 27th. He explained that the trailer will premiere exclusively in movie theaters before showings of ‘Scream 7,’ which makes sense considering ‘Scary Movie’ has always been known for parodying the ‘Scream’ franchise. As Wayans put it, “If you go to see ‘Scream,’ you’ll also see the ‘Scary Movie 6’ trailer.”

Though he’s been acting for over twenty years, Michael Eidinger isn’t a household name. He’s appeared in films like the 2019 live-action Dumbo, 2022’s White Noise, and last year’s Jay Kelly, and has had significant roles on TV shows including the Netflix series Sense8 and All the Light We Cannot See. However, landing the role of Brainiac feels like a major breakthrough into big-budget filmmaking, something Eidinger himself considers incredibly fortunate. James Gunn and Peter Safran, the heads of the studio, are really focused on getting their movie and TV show schedule locked in, and it’s not just the main DC Universe stuff – they’re also doing these cool ‘Elseworlds’ projects. While those Elseworlds stories might feel different from the tone Matt Reeves is going for with The Batman 2, they’ll all connect to a bigger DC story and introduce awesome characters alongside Robert Pattinson’s Batman.

The biggest news is how well ‘A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms’ is being watched. HBO says the ‘Game of Thrones’ prequel is averaging nearly 13 million viewers per episode in the U.S. across all platforms. With most of its first season already released, the show is expected to have the third-largest debut of any series on HBO Max.

Eric Dane passed away on Thursday, February 19th, after a battle with ALS, his family announced. According to a statement, he was surrounded by loved ones – his wife and daughters, Billie and Georgia – who meant everything to him, during his final days.
