As a huge TV fan, I was absolutely floored by the pilot of this show – they killed off almost the entire main cast! It was a total shock to the system. It reminded me of It: Welcome to Derry, where they had a similar massacre near the end of the first season, and what was even more unsettling was that not everyone who died was even killed by Pennywise. It really threw me for a loop!
