The conflict began last September after People magazine reported that Paris Jackson and her brother, Prince, supported the upcoming Michael biopic. Paris quickly denied this on Instagram, saying she had no involvement in the film. Disney has announced that Thomas Mazloum, who currently leads the Disneyland Resort, will become the new Chair of Disney Experiences. This division manages Disney’s theme parks, cruises, and consumer products worldwide. The change is happening because Josh D’Amaro, the current head of Disney Experiences, is becoming Disney’s CEO on March 18th.
