According to Deadline, Wicked: For Good earned $150 million in its opening weekend in the US, making it the second-highest opening of 2025 after The Minecraft Movie ($162 million). Globally, the film grossed $226 million, breaking the record for movie adaptations of Broadway shows. This opening positions Wicked: For Good as the fourth-biggest global opening of the year, following Lilo & Stitch ($340 million), Jurassic World: Rebirth ($322 million), and The Minecraft Movie ($313 million).

Donald Glover, also known as Childish Gambino, performed at Camp Flog Gnaw in Los Angeles this past Saturday, November 22nd. The festival was hosted by rapper Tyler, the Creator.
