Reed is a retired superhero who steps back into action to defend his family and city from a dangerous new enemy, Dragon Prime, played by Schoenke. The film brought Frank back together with former Power Rangers co-stars Jason Faunt, Cerina Vincent, and Ciara Hanna. The project was mainly funded by fans and went through two versions, the second of which was completed after Frank’s death in November 2022, causing several delays in its release.
