The last time audiences saw Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen, her character appeared to die when a building collapsed on her, seemingly ending her story as a villain. Although death isn’t always permanent in the Marvel Universe, Olsen told InStyle she genuinely doesn’t know if Wanda could still be alive. She recently returned to the role in the animated series Marvel Zombies, but she revealed she recorded her lines for that project years ago, meaning she hasn’t actively played Wanda for quite some time.

After the massive hit of The Blair Witch Project in 1999, horror films quickly adopted the found footage style – and still do today. Movies like Paranormal Activity, Rec, and Cloverfield demonstrated just how effective this technique could be. While a few other genres, like sci-fi (Chronicle), crime thrillers (End of Watch), and even teen comedies (Project X), have experimented with the format, action movies have generally avoided it – until recently.

In an interview with ComicBook, showrunner Eric Kripke was asked about the possibility of bringing back Luke Riordan, also known as Golden Boy (played by Patrick Schwarzenegger). This super-powered character was the top-ranked student at Godolkin University and was on track to join the Seven, but he died in the very first episode, which kicked off the entire series.
