Marvel Studios Calls It Quits With Long-Delayed MCU Movie (Report)

I was listening to The Hot Mic podcast, and Jeff Sneider said something pretty shocking – he’s absolutely sure that Blade as a standalone movie is completely off the table at Marvel. Apparently, instead of getting his own film, Mahershala Ali’s Blade will first appear in this Midnight Sons movie they’ve been talking about for ages – the one that’s supposed to be all about supernatural heroes.

While the emotional ending felt right for the character, it’s still odd that Sheldon hasn’t made an appearance in the first two seasons of the Young Sheldon spin-off. The show, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, already includes Mary, Missy, Georgie, and Meemaw in significant roles.
