The anime New Mobile Report Gundam Wing brought many fans into the world of Gundam, and it also popularized some of the most recognizable robot designs in the series. Now, one of those robots is being released as a metallic collectible from Bandai, and pre-orders are available now.
As a huge fan, I’m really excited about the new METAL ROBOT Spirits Tallgeese! It’s awesome that Bandai is giving this mobile suit the die-cast treatment in one of their top lines. They’ve clearly designed it for dynamic poses, and the figure itself is packed with detail – just as impressive as all the incredible weapons it comes with. It’s great to see them continuing to show so much love to this classic design, which still holds up incredibly well after all these years!

Bandai’s METAL ROBOT Spirits
This new action figure is made with metal parts, giving it a solid feel and helping it stand firmly. It’s incredibly flexible and designed to look like it’s in motion, especially in the legs and armor. This allows it to pose and recreate the fast-paced action scenes from the anime, even though it has a large backpack. It comes with a powerful Dober Gun that extends and has an arm to keep it stable. In addition to the gun, it includes two Beam Sabers, a shield, and several interchangeable hands. A set of extra joints and a stand are also included for posing and displaying the figure.
The Tallgeese figure is 5.5 inches tall, making it a good size to display with other collectibles. It’s made from a mix of PVC, ABS plastic, and metal, which makes it very solid – more durable than typical Gunpla models. You can pre-order it now from the official website for about $160, and it’s scheduled to ship in August 2026.
