Microsoft is finally bringing native video wallpapers to Windows 11 — 16 years after Windows Vista’s DreamScenes

People have been asking for the option to use a video as their desktop wallpaper for a long time. This feature is already available on many Linux systems, and macOS lets you set a video as your lock screen. While Windows Vista briefly offered this through a feature called DreamScene, it was limited to the most expensive version of the operating system.
