Chad Michael Murray’s daughter is ready for her close up.
As a lifestyle expert, I always love seeing families support each other’s dreams! It was so sweet to see Audrey, the 8-year-old daughter of Bethany Joy Lenz and Sarah Roemer, make her first TV appearance right there on The Drew Barrymore Show on November 5th. Such a proud moment for her parents!
After Drew Barrymore asked if Audrey could come on stage, Chad replied, “She’s ready! My sweet little daughter.”
The 44-year-old added, “No one ever really gets to meet her, but she’s ready.”
Audrey walked onto the stage, looking cute in a white sweater, a brown skirt with black polka dots, and with her long blonde hair flowing.
“My name’s Audrey,” she began, before sharing with Drew that her favorite food is “mac and cheese.”
As for how Drew felt about that admission?
“I’ve been waiting to meet you forever!” the woman, around fifty years old, said as she embraced Audrey. “This is exactly what I love to eat!”
Besides her favorite food, Audrey talked about what she likes to watch on TV. She mentioned really enjoying the Disney Channel movie Zombies 4, and specifically said, “I like watching ‘Don’t Mess With Us.’ I love the song.”
Then there’s the popular Netflix series, KPop Demon Hunters. However, she admitted she “got tired of it after watching it so many times.”
Even though she and her siblings, Chad and Sarah, have a son who’s ten and a baby daughter born last year, they still listened to the album constantly.
The actor, known for Freaky Friday, said their daughter loves listening to Alexa constantly. She and her younger sister are huge fans of KPop Demon Hunters and know everything about it.
Even though the video only had 300 views at the time, Audrey playfully encouraged people to listen to HUNTR/X’s music, jokingly threatening to haunt their dreams if they didn’t.
Chad’s oldest daughter isn’t the only one with a playful side – he also revealed that his son once used his name to try and impress girls!
It’s a real gift to be able to brighten someone’s day with something as small as a photo or an autograph,” he shared on Good Morning America in July. “That’s why I’m always happy to take pictures with people when I’m out in public.
Because of this, his son realized his father attracted a lot of young female fans. He then cleverly used that to his benefit when meeting girls in Puerto Rico.
Chad explained that this man approached some young girls wearing bikinis and told them, ‘My dad is Chad Michael Murray, and I thought you might want a picture.’ He wasn’t with the man at the time.
Honestly, I just know that little guy would have approached them anyway, famous dad or not! It’s just the kind of person he is, you know? He’d be friendly to anyone, and that’s what Chad believes too. It’s not about the fame at all, it’s just his naturally sweet personality!
Chad described a scene from a University of Florida event, saying, “He’s incredibly comfortable talking to women. I have a picture of him surrounded by four or five college students, just having a friendly conversation with them.”
