Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is starting to reveal details about the Zombies map coming in Season 1, named Astra Malorum.

Treyarch is already giving hints about the new map, and has said a full reveal will happen very soon. Leaks from a reliable Call of Duty insider, The Ghost of Hope, suggest the map takes place on a space station, and the first official image appears to confirm this.

Treyarch is starting to hint at the upcoming ‘Astra Malorum’ Zombies experience by showcasing items from the Zombies universe. These artefacts are featured in an exhibition at the Thurston Planetarium, located on a space station. The initial reveal connects to Josiah Shem, an important character in the story of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s Zombies mode.

After that, the next preview showed a piece of an ancient artifact. It doesn’t seem connected to any existing Zombies storylines or characters, suggesting we might see a combination of familiar elements from past games alongside completely new content.

This new hint might mean Element 115 will reappear in the story, as it’s a type of mineral. It hasn’t been featured in the modern Zombies storyline for a long time.
