The whole event is styled after the Fallout TV show, since season 2 is currently ongoing.

CoD BO7 Fallout event: How to get all skins, weapons and TV show content
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Season 1 Reloaded adds new content from the Fallout universe, available through both free and paid event passes.
You can unlock all the free pass content without spending any money! The premium pass costs 1,100 CoD Points, which is the equivalent of £8.39 or $9.99.
You can earn 20 rewards total, with 10 available in each pass. Here’s a complete list of what you can unlock in the Fallout event:
