
Arc System Works announced that a demo for their action adventure game, DAMON and BABY, will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC (via Steam) starting March 18th at 9:00 PM Pacific Time / March 19th at 12:00 AM Eastern Time.
A short demo was previously available on PC for a limited time, from February 20th to March 3rd. Now, a new demo is being released for all platforms and will remain available permanently.
Arc System Works listened to feedback from the demo and is now working on fixes and improvements for the most common issues players mentioned.
- Save and Retry
- Resolving the issue where play data rolls back significantly upon game over.
- Improving the retry mechanics in boss battles.
- Gameplay and Usability
- Making dropped item collection more efficient.
- Improving responsiveness when switching weapons.
- Adding a feature to sell items directly from the “Portal Chest” at the shop.
The company will continue to refine the game based on what players think, and they’ll also be adding more characters, levels, and other content after it launches.
DAMON and BABY is due out for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC via Steam on March 25.
