Since then, the game has introduced one new character, Superman from the DC Universe. However, it seems that wasn’t the only connection to the latest DC film. Today, “DC Worlds Collide” unveiled a second hero, inspired by the most recent “Superman” movie. To commemorate this exciting news, there’s a new interview featuring Nathan Fillion and Edi Gathegi with a stellar cast.

The ongoing event titled “DC Worlds Collide” is presently running its Superman season, coinciding with the cinema release of the latest DC Universe movie. To date, the game has incorporated the DCU version of Superman and offered hints about future content. With the official arrival of Guy Gardner in the game, Warner Bros. recently shared an interview featuring Nathan Fillion and Edi Gathegi discussing their respective DC characters and their experience seeing them brought to life within the game. Green Lantern (DCU) Arrives in DC Worlds Collide

In the game (DC Universe), Green Lantern – Guy made his debut on July 21st during Early Access in the event called DC Worlds Collide. This fresh character brings an Epic Mighty DPS hero to the team, providing players with another choice for crafting their optimal DC superhero squad. He’s merely the start; more characters are planned throughout the Superman Season. As hinted in the latest video, a Mister Terrific inspired by the DCU will arrive later this summer, accompanied by Krypto.

In a style reminiscent of DCU, our Green Lantern character will prove himself as an extraordinary, powerful hero on the battlefield. He possesses the unique ability to strike multiple times during a single turn, setting him apart from other Lanterns in the game. Unlike his fellow Lanterns, Guy focuses solely on protecting himself. His formidable Ultimate move is named Slugger Stomp – it delivers immense damage to the adversary standing opposite him. Should this enemy retain more than half of its health, the additional damage inflicted by Slugger Stomp can significantly bolster your chances in a challenging encounter.

The character can additionally disrupt stronger foes by employing his Advanced Interference Strike. This move specifically targets the adversary with the greatest offensive power, even replacing the Ultimate skill to focus on this enemy specifically. He’ll prove a formidable ally in your roster, especially when combined with heroes from the Justice League or other Lanterns.

If you’re planning to include Green Lantern – Guy (DCU) in your team, save the date for July 24th. On this day, there’s a higher likelihood of obtaining the new Green Lantern from the Motherbox event. He will be available for limited-time recruitment until July 30th, after which he’ll become part of regular Motherbox recruitments.
