Okay, so I just heard that Demon Kill Demon: Yomi 1984, this really cool-looking dystopian dungeon RPG, is coming to Switch in Japan on May 28th! Experience, the developers, announced it. The digital version will be 3,900 yen. They haven’t said how much the physical copy will cost yet, but they’re planning to open pre-orders in mid-February, and that’s when we’ll find out.
Here is the story synopsis, via the game’s official website:
It’s been five years since the explorer was trapped underground, but now, danger is stirring in the darkness below once more.
The targets were the students of Yomi High School.
Stranded in a terrifying new world, the students found they could only survive by bringing their deceased classmates back to life and fighting alongside them.
That is not a choice. It is the only thing they can do in order to live.
The curtain rises once more on a dystopian dungeon RPG.
