Ufotable recently revealed some exciting plans for 2026 in a new promotional video. Fans can look forward to a complete re-airing of the Demon Slayer anime on TV, and an enhanced version of the first Infinity Castle movie will be coming to theaters worldwide in March. They’re also holding a special event called “Machi Asobi vol. 30” this March, featuring new announcements, a Japan-exclusive cafe, and a celebration of the Tales of franchise’s 30th anniversary. But that’s not all they have in store!
A new anime film, Witch on the Holy Night, is scheduled for release in Japan later this year. It’s based on an earlier visual novel by the creator of Fate/stay night. Fans are excited because the studio behind the film, Ufotable, has a proven track record with other popular anime. Ufotable has also hinted at future projects beyond this year’s release.
