You’re not prepared for Denshattack, a new game just announced for PS5, launching in Spring 2026.
Developed by Undercoders and published by Fireshine Games, Denshattack is an exhilarating arcade-style game that features high-speed train rides across absurd levels, with the added twist of maneuvering your train as if it were a skateboard!
Here’s the brilliantly bonkers reveal trailer:
Drawing influence from the vibrant world of anime and Japanese traditions, along with games like Jet Set Radio, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, and Sonic the Hedgehog, this unique blend of concepts certainly carries an atmosphere reminiscent of Dreamcast or PS2 gaming era.

As a thrill-seeking enthusiast, I can’t help but get excited about the 50+ stages this game offers, each one ready to test my skills in unpredictable ways. The adrenaline-pumping gameplay has me hurtling along train tracks and executing jaw-dropping stunts such as wall rides, mid-air tricks, grinds, and numerous other daring moves. Buckle up, because this ride is about to get wild!
In addition, you’ll encounter thrilling scene-specific events and engage in battles against colossal adversaries, all the while commanding your very own train.
As a gamer, I can’t help but get excited about this project with a stellar lineup! I’m looking forward to David Jaumandreu taking the helm as game director – he’s got Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound under his belt. Plus, Tee Lopes is joining us to work on the soundtrack – he’s been behind hits like Sonic Mania, Streets of Rage 4, and TMNT Shredder’s Revenge!
It seems extremely exciting, yet the crucial point is still unanswered – what is it like to experience playing it? Here’s hoping we get the answer soon.
Once more, Denshattack will be arriving on PlayStation 5 at the start of next year. Are you ready to join the action with this exhilarating game? Share your thoughts in the comments area beneath.
