Tomorrow, a sneak peek stream for the significant update of “Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate,” titled “Ash and Iron,” will be broadcasted. Simultaneously, Bungie has unveiled a brief trailer featuring the same content. In this new adventure, players are tasked with reclaiming the Plaguelands, a location previously seen in “Destiny: Rise of Iron.” You can watch the trailer below.
In this update, you’ll find additional content such as Dungeon Lairs for Pinnacle Ops featuring Pit of Heresy, Duality, and Warlord’s Ruin demonstrations. A fresh Exotic mission, “Warsat Heist,” is also on the way, showcasing a new bubble mechanic and swarms of Vex. Call to Arms resurfaces with some newly introduced weapons, among them a lever-action slug shotgun, and it seems players can specialize these arms.
For fans of the axe in Rise of Iron, it appears a new version is incoming, ideal for crushing opponents. The Ash and Iron update launches tomorrow, following the reveal stream, so keep an eye out for further information about the new challenges and weaponry.
The upcoming game, “Destiny 2: Renegades,” will be previewed before its release in December. For more information, check it out here.
