NIS America announced that the action RPG Disgaea Mayhem (released as Kyouran Makaism in Japan and Makaism: Frenzy of the Netherworld in Asia) will be available this summer on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Switch, and PC through Steam.
Disgaea Mayhem was initially released in Japan and Asia on January 29th for the PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch consoles.

About
In this fresh take on the popular Disgaea series, a princess demands her pudding! You play as N.A., a mercenary who loves sweets, and battle monsters to earn money. Take complete control of the action and enjoy a deliciously chaotic adventure!
Choose from seven unique weapon types to experience seven different playstyles! From classic swords to long-range bows, you can easily switch weapons and change how you approach the game whenever you like.
Despite all the changes in Magichange, the core gameplay remains familiar! You’ll spend time leveling up, upgrading your gear, and passing laws in the Dark Chocolate Assembly to boost your stats. The goal? To deal massive damage – eventually hitting a million per attack! Plus, you can enlist the help of iconic demons, like the Prinny, to join your team!
It’s time to experience Disgaea in a whole new way!
Key Features
- Magichange into Action – Take direct control of the combat in this action RPG spinoff of the Disgaea series! Beat down hundreds of enemies with classic Disgaea weapons, including the sword, gun, fist, and axe!
- Grind Up to Get Down – It wouldn’t be Disgaea without the ability to get stronger. Head to the Item World to power up your equipment, reincarnate for higher base stats, or grind out levels to make sure you’re at the top of the food chain!
- Satisfy Her Cravings – It takes a demon to feed a princess! Princess Tichelle loves her flan, and N.A. loves a paycheck. By working together, they can both get what they want! Dessert brings people (and demons) together in this light-hearted tale.
